Range
Introducing the 1000 Series
Truck and trailer mounted units, 2 to 5 cubic metre capacity
The 1000 Series is gravity-fed and was designed to have fewer moving parts and be lighter than the original series. It is the newest model of patching machines, is the simplest to use and has very low maintenance costs without the loss of performance. It can be mounted on a trailer or a truck chassis depending on the size of the hopper.

Introducing the 2500 Series
Truck mounted units, 3 to 8 cubic metre capacity.
The 2500 Series is conveyor belt driven, designed to be mounted on a truck and ranges between 3-8 cubic metres capacity. Ideal for larger repairs the 2500 series also has the extra option of a localised sheet patching attachment (see below for details).
Range
Introducing the Localised Sheet Patching Attachment
Sheet Patching is a cost-effective way of restoring the road surface and sealing it in one process. Sheet Patching also:
- improves skidding resistance which makes the roads safer
- helps to make a road waterproof
- protects the road against frost and water damage
We spray the road with bitumen binder, followed by a layer of stone chippings. The chippings are pressed into the surface by a roller or vehicle tyres. To ensure a uniform coating of the emulsion, more chipping are deliberately applied to the surface than are actually required to complete the dressing process.
The Jetpatcher attachment can be used up to 2400mm wide or variations of 600mm increments by control of the pneumatic gates.
